Abstract
In this study, synthesis and electrochemical sensor application of flower-like MoS2 for sunset yellow FCF sensing were evaluated. Linear sweep voltammetry (LSV), chronoamperometry and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) were used to determine flower-like MoS2 electrochemical sensor performances, which had LOD of 0.04 mu M in the linear working range of 0.1-150.0 mu M calculated from DPV. The sensor was successfully applied for the determination of sunset yellow FCF in real samples.
